May 25, 8, 3 29, 1, RX 4GB does exactly the same job on p at much lower price and none of those 3 cards is really suitable for p. Some of them can be but not always fixed with drivers. Some of them can be but far from always addressed by game dev. Some of them can not be solved at all as it's by design - high input lag, higher CPU load, high heat output etc.
